BISE Ehsaas Program Procedure for disbursement of stipends without fingerprint verification
If you are no longer getting the Benazir Income Support Program stipend due to non-verification of thumbs or fingerprints, first you should go to another payment center and try again to get the funds through the Biometric Machine.
Remember that fingerprint verification can be attempted up to eight times on a single machine. If despite these attempts your payment is not successful through fingerprint verification, then follow the steps given.
BISE Ehsaas Program Procedure for disbursement of stipends without fingerprint verification
First of all go to NADRA office and get your fingerprints verified.
If your fingerprints are not verified even at NADRA, then go to the nearest BISP tehsil office along with your family member who has ID card.
File a complaint of non-verification of your fingerprints with the concerned officer. The concerned officer will fill the payment form without verifying your fingerprints
By sending a message to 8171 or calling the BISP office as requested by you Will be informed about approval.
Instructions for Beneficiaries belonging to Islamabad Province, Punjab, Sindh or Balochistan
Go to the specified branch of Habib Bank along with your relative holding the same ID card. After verification you will be paid the approved stipend.
For the beneficiaries belonging to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Gilgit Baltistan or Azad Jammu Kashmir.
After receiving the message or notification from the directive 8171, you have to visit the relevant office of BISP again where the representative of Bank Al Falah and BISP will present.
Your ID card will be entered in the bank’s system and after verification, NADRA will send a code to your registered mobile number and the second part of this code will be sent to BISP’s Assistant Director’s phone.
The bank officer will enter this complete code in his bank’s system and after system verification, regular payment of money will start from Bank Al Falah.
