- Female Medical Officer: MBBS having valid PMDC/PMC Certificate.
- Dispenser: Diploma in Dispenser / HT / BNS with 2 Years experience
- Midwife: Diploma in Midwifery/ LHV Course
- Assistant Telemedicine: BS Nursing/ Diploma in Nursing / Health Technician
- Community Health Mobilizer (Female): matric and having Domicile of the same Union Council
- Sanitary Worker: Local resident of the same Union Council
- Chowkidar: Local resident of the same Union Council
- Age Limit 30 years. Ex-servicemen are also eligible for up to 45 years.
- The Test/interview will be held on 14 October 2024 at 8:00 am
